More silver garland ends up around Dom's neck and wrists than on the Christmas tree. Billy watches from across the room as Dom trims said tree with carefully placed ornaments. A silly love bubbles up in Billy's chest as Dom shoos the cat away from sniffing the tree with a quick tap to its nose, and then immediately launches back into emptying the box in his hands. Billy, stepping lightly, comes up behind Dom and proceeds to help. Between them they finish the job much faster. As they step back to admire their handiwork, Billy laces their hands and smiles. |
